Cute Nails

They did such an amazing job on my nails. I had called here for an appointment after I was at another place before with bad service. They were so nice over phone and were able to fit me in right away. I had shown up with a Groupon and got some add ons like a spa pedicure and designs for my nails. They did a phenomenal job and cannot thank them enough for making my nails Valentine’s Day ready. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back again.

Went here Saturday for the first time the places nice and clean on the inside . It's the quality of work that I like not the niceness of a building I need to get my money worth and I didn't get that here . I had got a powder dip and I must say I'm pissed it's only Monday and 4 of my nails cracked already and one broke crack as you can see in the picture . I work too hard to pay for nails for them to brake in less than a week . I should of known something wasn't going to be right when they wouldn't honor a customer gift card that was paid for already . If you are in or around this place run don't wast your money unless you just need your nails to look done for a night then go here . I will not return here and spend my money. I'm back to add to my review now that days has passed not even

For context- I annoy myself with how specific I am. Like I wanted my nails white but not *so* white, more milky, a little translucent.. and they always take the time to pick out a shade and make sure I love it. Their nail techs have fully done a nail when I’ve asked for designs and checked that it was what I expected before moving on to the others. Everyone I’ve dealt with there has been so nice and accommodating and my gel manicures have lasted ~3 weeks

They promised to honor a Groupon price over the phone then didn’t. I unknowingly chose a color that was more expensive and asked several times if it was extra but no one answered me. Then the owner tells me it’s $20 extra after prepping my nails with black polish. So then they had to file black polish off my nails. I said it was fine and I’d just pay extra, but they insisted to change it. Now I have fraud on my credit card and this was the last place I used my card. Trying to buy electronics in the same area of town. Not trustworthy and illegal.

My experience was ok I went on a Sunday and I was the only person there. Unfortunately it wasn't peaceful due to the church next door that I wasn't aware of .. extremely loud yelling and music playing. On top of that the color I picked out wasn't the same color that was placed on my toes and the gel polish did chip off the very next day... Less than 24 hours from getting my toes done 😥😢
