Support the businesses that treat you like family. I want to give a huge shoutout to Cut N Up Salon. I’ve taken Ezra to a few different places for haircuts, and he’s only 2, so impatience and tears are usually part of the deal (I don’t expect anything less lol). But today was different. Bailey took her time, became his little bestie, and was so gentle and caring with him. I was honestly in tears. Brittany, thank you for talking me through it and holding my hand like a true friend. Bailey, I can’t thank you enough for helping Ezra feel safe, calm, and comfortable. You made what’s normally a stressful moment feel easy. We’ll definitely be back. 💜✂️

I called on Halloween at 1 and asked if I could come in just for a simple wash and cut. I was told no. I go to the bakery 2 doors down to put our wedding cake order in and as we walked up we had to stand and wait for whoever from this salon who was in white sheets pretending to be ghosts to take their pictures in the window of the salon. As we walked by there weren’t any customers that I could see anyways just people taking pictures. I was referred by someone for them for my hair and make up for my wedding so I wanted to talk to them about that for me and my bridesmaids and mothers. Instead, I called my salon suite and Lia took me as soon as I could get there. It was a blessing in disguise because I loved her so much I trusted her to go ahead and put me all blonde right there on the spot.

I standing outside this establishment while my elderly parents needed to take a break from waking at the coffee shop next door. The owner of this company came out very rudely and asked me to not stand in front of the window because it was blocking her music. They were “jamming” inside and my body was ruining it. Maybe the WiFi connection needs a better location that isn’t next to the very nice seating area outside at the coffee shop.

After going to multiple other salons, i finally found one that i will definitely be returning too! Mercedes was so sweet and a miracle worker when it came to making my hair look exactly like i imagined!

2024: Mercedes is now doing my vivid color and cuts. Highly recommend her - she has a huge suite of services beyond cuts and color and is always staying up to date on her techniques. 2023: Michi is no longer cutting hair ☹️ But I still recommend this salon for their friendliness and dedication to Downtown Sebring. Been visiting Michi for about 2 years total and have nothing but good to say about him and the salon in general. Always friendly with a "hello" upon entering and you can tell all the clients are happy at the end of their visit, no matter the stylist. Michi is a perfectionist with my unique hairstyle and I recommend him to everyone who asks!
