Wonderful! Phillip is a talented stylist who provides a meticulous scissor cut. Besides being polite and courteous, he maintains a clean and comfortable shop. I have only been a customer for 4 months but know quality work when I see it.

Phillip is an excellent barber. I have never been disappointed with my cut. He always gives me the exact cut I ask for. Looking forward to my next visit. On my first visit, I was unaware he had a cash only policy. Phillip told me that was not a problem and allowed me to leave and return with the money to pay for the cut. How many people would do that for someone. He is a gem and I hope he stays here for a long time.

Phillip rocks my socks! Masterful! I simply sit in the chair, and he crafts something that suits me perfectly. AMAZING!! I never have to stress about articulating what I like. He just knows what works best, and I always feel like a million bucks. He is the best!

I recently moved to the area, needed a haircut, looked at Google reviews and found Cut it Out Barber shop. I'm thrilled, wish I could give him 10 stars. Does an excellent job, is professional, personable and even gives recommendations to great restaurants in the area. His shop is neat as a pin and prices are reasonable. My wife came with me today for a haircut and was totally impressed, her eyes were sparkling like diamonds when we went back to our car. She loved my haircut and thought Phillip was a great guy too.

Had my first hair cut with Philip today. I have lived in DE for 11 & 1/2 years. This is the best hair cut I have had since I moved here.
