Cut and Shave Barber Lounge

I was a loyal customer of Francine for over seven years since before the coronavirus pandemic. All was well until about 3 months ago , when I decided to try getting my hair cut by a different barber due to a horrible hair cut that she gave me that was uneven and not to my liking. That new barber, happened to be located in the same building as Francine, and she unfortunately happened to have walked by and saw me getting my haircut by him during my appointment. How awkward! I decided about a month ago that I wanted to give her another chance so I reached out to her to schedule a haircut and she informed me that all of a sudden for me she would only accept cash and not card even though she always has accepted Venmo card etc. Because of this, I did not follow through with the appointment as I
