Neva is an amazing therapist. She is so gifted! She really listens and cares and customizes each massage session to what you truly need and Custom Kneads is aptly named. She identifies the problem areas and certainly knows how to put required pressure and technique using her hands, thumbs and elbows to help your back and tensed muscles to make it better. The room is wonderful place to be for the session and ambiance leaves you relaxed during and after the session. I have been consistently going to her for almost 3 years and can attest to her skills and professionalism.
