Custom Cuts Barbershop

I went to Custom Cuts Barbershop right before they were about to close to get my young grandson a haircut. Oscar said it was no problem at all and fit us in right away. We showed him a picture of the haircut we wanted, and he matched it perfectly. The smile on my grandson’s face was priceless when he saw the final result. Oscar was friendly the entire time and took the time to talk with both of us. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

At 10am I Booked and appointment for 11:30am. Arrived at 11:20am. At 11:45 I Kept checking my emails and nothing. 12:00pm I decided to leave as the other barbers could not accommodate. Understandable. So I left. My email showed I had a new message. Showed that my appointment was cancelled at 11:36am….this is not the first time this is happened, but it will be the last unfortunately. I like the barbers and quality here, but I have been left hanging and cancelled on several times with zero communication.

Same experience as the rest of the low stars here. Says open till 6, but they told me nothing past 4 and they were closing. I get wanting to close up early, but then reflect that online for customers. I have an interview tomorrow and planned my schedule around receiving a haircut here to be told “we’re done for the day” when it’s two hours prior to the time listed. Also seeing a bunch of barbers in the back hanging around sucked knowing I would’ve given a good tip for not having an appointment. It is what it is and there’s other barbers in the area more willing to help if you are a walk in.

Just moved to Temecula and decided to give this place a shot. Scheduled an appointment for a kids’ haircut for my son, with Mario. It’s safe to say we’ll be back. Not only were prices reasonable, but Mario was super kid friendly, and the cut was pretty damn good. Highly recommend booking appointments with Mario. The overall shop atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. Glad we found this place!

I loved custom cuts! The guys in there work well together! Super engaging with literally all of their customers. They were really busy when we went in but they were quick about getting everyone in and out of their chairs! I wasn't mad about the prices either... very reasonable! I also loved my boys cuts! Thanks and we will be back
