HORRIBLE customer service and not to mention she's not very good at threading to begin with. After my last experience here I will NEVER go back. She was irritated that I didn't have a mask on. I was fine putting one on but I had forgotten mine in the car. I asked her if she had one I could have and she said yes. Then she assumes I work at a hospital because of my uniform and is criticizing me for not wearing a mask. I do not work at a hospital but I am required to wear a mask all day long. When I pay she gives me an attitude because I chose to not tip. I typically tip a decent amount anywhere I go but after the service I received I chose not to tip. The person who did my brows didn’t seem very experienced AND she was the only option. The experience was super uncomfortable and I’ve had my eyebrows threaded plenty of times prior. By the time she finished, my eyebrows were uneven but only on the ends. I figured I would just quit while I was ahead.
