I came in for eyebrow threading and tinting. I had just had my hair freshly colored at the salon before arriving. During the appointment, the woman I believe to be the owner accidentally dropped brow tint into my hair. After applying the tint to my brows, she grabbed a tissue and wiped my hair first before removing the excess tint from around my eyebrows. I was honestly shocked and questioning whether that really just happened. When she stepped away to the restroom, I touched my hair and noticed it was wet. When she returned, I asked her directly if tint had gotten into my hair. She denied it and went through my hair with me, but I pointed out that it clearly looked and felt wet.
