CURE Kaua’i Sauna

Beautiful outdoor cold plunge and sauna area, cold is 38 degrees and sauna is hot! Please be advised to bring your own towels and shampoo as these items are not provided like at most spas. The area is reached via a short dirt road so bring your own vehicle as UBER will most likely not want to take you. Customer service was EPIC. Don’t hesitate to go but just bring everything you think you may need, filtered water is provided. The space is clothing optional, occasionally cars drive by and they may or may not see you but most likely they are used to seeing naked people here I would imagine lol Enjoy!

Favorite sauna experience I’ve ever had, the surroundings on the farm are beautiful! The sauna is hot, the showers are right on the outside of the sauna making it really easy to rinse and then get into the cold plunge!

This was by far one of the best experiences I have had in my life. It was my first time doing sauna/cold plunge therapy and it’s safe to say I will be adding this to my daily routine. What made the experience so special was the beautiful environment of being on an organic farm which really allowed you to immerse yourself in the benefits of hot/cold therapy. In addition the genuine hospitality of the owners and staff made my sister and I feel like family. Connecting and having deep meaningful conversations with the other members we met was the cherry on top. Shout out to Eduardo and Henry for making CURE feel like a second home. I will without a doubt be back every-time I visit Kauai!!

I love sitting in a sauna and wanted to do so while traveling and visiting Kauai. When I found CURE, I was interested in the cold plunge since I was feeling a little stiff from the plane ride and several strenuous workouts. Booking the appointment was easily done. On arriving, I met with Edo who was wonderful. He explained everything “contrast therapy” and left me to it. As expected, the sauna was fabulous. Since I am absolutely cold averse, the cold plunge had to be gradually experienced with each hot/cold iteration. Ultimately, I was able to submerge up to my waist only for about 30 seconds. Beautiful tranquil cedar sauna and cold plunge tucked away in Moloa’a. The hosts are thoughtful and gracious and make you feel very comfortable. I went for the ladies night and enjoyed connecting with other women on the island. The homemade coconut body salt scrub was the perfect ending to a rejuvenating evening.
