Needed a wisdom tooth extraction. Called up the middle of October to make an appointment, scheduled an appointment that worked for me for December 1st. So 1 and a half months wait, thats fine. A few weeks before my appointment I got in touch with them and asked for an amount that I would need when I went in for the procedure and they told me it would be 165 out of pocket. Ok thats fine, Money is tight for me but I really needed this done so knowing the amount up front i was able to take it out of my 401k as a medical hardship. The day of the appointment they emailed me very last minute and told me that now I needed to have a 3D x-ray and rather than looking into my insurance to see if it would cover it (it does) I am going to have to pay another 295 dollars up front when I go up for the p

Had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Barry McGuire here. I was under complete anesthesia and the process went smooth. I did have the office check on me the evening just to make sure I was doing okay. Overall it went all good.

This morning I had my wisdom teeth removed at the Day Hill Rd location. Coming into this appointment, I was extremely nervous about the operation, as I was unfamiliar with the process. However, I was relieved when I was greeted by such a kind woman who brought me to the operation room to get me set up for the procedure. Another woman came in to help out with prep and vitals, and both were absolutely delightful and so kind. They could see that I was nervous, and made a conscious effort to ensure that I was as comfortable as possible. They engaged in a friendly conversation with me to distract me from the nerves, assuring me that the process would be quick and easy. My surgeon, Dr. Saggese was also very kind during each interaction I had with him, maintaining a consistent friendly demeanor.

The clerical staff and receptionists of a medical practice are the initial showcase of the latter. Their attitude and behavior reflects the values of the medical practice and forms the first (and in my case the last) impression of the practice. We got a referral from our orthodontist, and CT max gave us an appointment a month later. The doctor had to cancel our appointment (no reason given by the receptionist) and they never notified me. When I arrived she said that the appointment was cancelled by the doctor, and when I asked why she did not notify me she said the she had called but the call did not go through… (first lie, and why didn’t she try calling again…). Dr.Berry was very nice and professional. However I am very disappointed at the staff member India... She was not kind, friendly, had an attitude, was short in answers etc... My wife was very nervous to have her wisdom teeth out and her attitude made the situation more stressful. When going over the instructions after the tooth was removed my wife had questions and India sounded irritated and answered the questions rudely. They didn't prescribe any kind of pain medicine other than regular ibuprofen. Didn't tell her when she can eat. Didn't tell her at all how to avoid dry socket. Overall if you are going to have your wisdom teeth taken out I recommend Rosenlicht And Ansari in Manchester where they are friendly and take much better care of you than Maxillofacial.
