CT Nails

I really wanted to like this place it was my first time here, and I came based on my best friend’s recommendation. She had an appointment for a pedicure, so I decided to give it a try too. The lady was very nice, and I appreciate that, but unfortunately the service didn’t meet my expectations. I came in with perfectly square, outgrown toenails and asked for them to be trimmed just a bit shorter. Instead, the technician cut them way too short and rounded them in a way that looks really unflattering. I left feeling like I have caveman feet 🦶 definitely not the look I was going for, and now I can’t wear open-toe heels until they grow out again. Very nice people. They did a very good job with my pedicure.

Horrible, had my daughter waiting and then let someone that came in after get their pedicure before her. All that and the nails/pedicure was horrible. Horrible customer service and nail skill
