Really disappointed as I just moved to the neighborhood and have been looking for a local stylist. I arrived 10 minutes early, doors were locked and salon was closed so I sent a text that I was waiting outside. No response. Five minutes after the appointment start time I call the stylist and she says she got stuck in traffic and was "about 5 minutes away". When you charge clients a non-refundable deposit in the event that they are late but she don't have the decency to text and let me know your late is absolutely unprofessional. Why would I do business with someone that can't even offer me the common courtesy of a heads up or an apology? And this was our first interaction. Your poor planning and time management should not be your clients problem.

My daughter's have their edges and she caters to each of them differently. I never worry about what they will look like because she takes care of them like her own. Hair styles are age appropriate and last. I love this place ❤️

This establishments rocks.. The energy was great.. Bree bring the laughter and good vibes in CT and Jaleesa professionalism made me feel at home.. ofcourse I went on a busy Saturday with school starting so my appointment lasted much longer, my Saturday was much needed and appreciated, money and time well spent… two individuals I didn’t get there name but one of them did a make up job that was light and official on someone, and the 2nd chair female was intrinsic, determined to complete a kid hairstyle she never did and hit the request to a T.. There’s always one negative nance but she wasn’t too much of a bother she do nice hair but her energy was blah… Definitely will be returning it was worth thee hour drive for sure.. Thank you guys💜💜💜
