Five stars for CSC Station! It’s becoming the heartbeat of Wilmington’s professional scene. We love our office space here and have had great success with the events we’ve hosted. Huge shoutout to the manager, Scott, for his excellent leadership and for maintaining such high standards. A must-visit for any professional or business in the area.

We rented the fourth floor at CSC Station for our company holiday party and it was perfect! The space was amazing for mingling and connecting with colleagues. Caitlin and Ethan were a tremendous help leading up to and throughout the event. Highly recommend using CSC Station! We will definitely be repeat customers!

CSC Work Station is a clean, quiet, and welcoming environment with friendly people. It’s a great space to work in overall. The only drawback is the Wi-Fi, which tends to be unreliable and can go down for an hour or more at times. If you rely on video calls or steady internet, I recommend bringing a mobile hotspot as a backup. Aside from that, it’s a very nice workspac
