She takes careful consideration studying your face shape, hair texture and natural hairline before she brings your hair to the next level. My Husband and my daughter both go to Crystal as well. I had the absolute worst experience ever yesterday at Crystal ‘s salon in Baldwinsville New York. The stylist name happens to be Crystal like the owner. That was her first day and I had no clue. She messed my hair up so bad. I left there in tears. Crystal lied to me and said she had 20 years of blonde experience. She specifically said she was a blonde expert!! There is no way that anyone with that much experience would have messed up this bad! I’m not even a certified stylist and I can do my own hair better.She was so unsocial the whole time I sat in her chair. She probably said 10 words to me the entire three hours that she screwed up my hair. I did not want to pay for the services that she performed in my hair and she threatened to call the police on me so I paid I want a full refund fo

I have been a customer for 11 years now and love everything about it. You always feel like family and have never been disappointed with any hair service. I would strongly recommend this salon.
