I had such a great experience here and honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. Every time I’ve come in, I’ve been treated with so much care, respect, and professionalism. The staff actually checks in with you throughout the appointment, which makes a huge difference and helps you feel comfortable the entire time. After a terrible experience at another waxing place where I literally cried from the pain and they didn’t even finish the service, I was super nervous to try again. But coming here was the best decision! Sophie seriously saved the day. She was gentle, confident, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. I felt taken care of from start to finish. Pure fraud. If you care at all about transparent pricing, avoid this place. They invent random “tax charges” on the spot — since when does New York have a flat $10 tax for salon services? It’s laughable and shady. I came all the way here expecting to use my Groupon, only to be told they wouldn’t honor the price unless I either returned another day or paid extra. Completely unacceptable. If you advertise a deal, honor it. The customer service was just as bad — dismissive, unhelpful, and acting like they were doing me a favor. There’s another salon literally one block away. Do yourself a favor and go there instead. This place should honestly be reported to the state for their pricing practices.

Sophia did amazing! I have not been to the salon in a while, so usually it is very painful. Not this time, Sophia did it quick and easy with minimal pain :) I will definitely be back. They also offer a wide selection of waxing services that I definitely want to try, my new go to!

Sophia was very vigilant and worked very fast. She’s a sweet girl as well she kept reassuring me being that I was a lil uneasy due to the fear of the pain that was too come. But surprisingly it was lil pain due to her recommending the sensitivity wax for me. Highly recommend the place is also very well kept.
