Crystal Nails

Would not recommend. I normally don’t do reviews but this salon was just terrible. I don’t get my nails done often, but after work I decided I would so I saw this nail salon nearby. I failed to read the reviews but I headed in. This place is terrible very unsanitary, so dirty. The lady that did my nails did an awful job on them due to her rushing and whatever else was going on. When getting my nails prepped my nail bed was sore afterwards due to whatever drilling tool was used. She was constantly yelling at the person that was assisting her and also using profanity. I wanted Almond shape and this is what I got It was a terrible experience the shape of my nails was just awful and nothing like I wanted. Paint job was sloppy. I would not recommend going here. EVER! Save your time and money

Ladies, give yourself a favor and stayed away from this place. This is so convenient from my gym, that it is just a shame that I can't get done two things at once, and I have to go somewhere else. The first time I went there, the owner yelled at me because I didn't want to pay $10 to repair a nail when other places only charge $5. Then one more time, I went to have a fill in. The place is dirty in the summer and there are flies all over. Time went by, and months later since Ken from Rose Nails left, I went back there and the experience was the worse of all. The owner didn't do the shape I wanted and not kidding, it took her about 5 minutes to do my fill in--needless to say that it was the sloppiest job ever. This was my first time going here since I was visiting from out of town and I thought oh good, there’s a nail salon nearby so I’ll just go here to get my nails and my pedicure done, the place only had one person inside and the owner Lena asked me what you want and I told her I want a pedicure and a full set, but the service was slow and lousy, but I was wrong for my full set. The guy Ethan i believe his name was did a good job on my gel pedicure so that was $45 dollars so I was happy about that one service I got! I was very disappointed about my nails and I will never go back here again. The full set was $60.00 dollar so in total I spent $105.00, I felt like that was a waste of money since my nails look sooo bad and rushed and she did a not so good shabby job on it.

I tried the times, each time got worse, I’m posting pictures of my last nail fill … I let them know how dissatisfied I was & they offered to FIX, I said I was not coming back, but they sure kept my money … you will see what I mean … I GOT A FUNGUS …. I have been having my nails done for well over 30 years, I HAVE NEVER HAD A FUNGUS BEFORE IN MY LIFE !

Never in A MILLION years would I wish my worst enemy to go to this salon. I went there, expecting to have a nice relaxing time. But boy was I surprised. The place was unsanitary, that should have been my first clue to walk out. They did my “pedicure” that lasted a total of 2 minutes from start to finish. They did not even push or cut my cuticles. The “massage” was not a massage at all, literally 2 seconds up and down on each leg. My friend that was with me got the deluxe pedicure. Oh boy did she get the deluxe treatment - this included them literally punching her foot like we were in the WWE wrestling arena. She left with three bruises on her legs from that “massage”.
