Friendliest nail salon with the best customer service! Manicures include moisturizing gloves and a hand, arm, back massage. Pedicures include foot and leg massage plus a hot stone massage and a paraffin wax treatment. Unlike other salons, they don’t charge more for these luxurious extras. And most importantly, there is great attention to detail…my mani/pedis are always perfectly beautiful when I walk out. It might not be a fancy, snooty place but it’s warm, welcoming and well run. And there’s great attention to hygiene and cleanliness. Been going there for years and wouldn’t go anyplace else now.

This place is legit! Without question THE BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. Hot stone massage, paraffin treatment for the heels, an INSANELY relaxing massage and hot towel treatment. If I lived in town I would be here at least once per month. Level of relaxation is un-matched. Manicurists are friendly, easy going and sweet. The color was put on extremely well. If you like your cuticles really cleaned up, I’d do it myself before going. Overall excellent experience!!

I absolutely loved this experience, I’m a guy and a lot of nail salons don’t try hard enough and giving me a nice manicure. Crystal nails did so good, I went to get just a gel no chip and they removed my old gel, gave me a hand mask, hand and arm massage with hot towels, and a neck and shoulder massage FOR ONLY 36$. They did all of this in less than an hour and I walked in, these are the best my nails have ever looked. I love crystal nails!!!

Beware! The lady doing my manicure, her name was Amy was not gentle at all she kept nudging and shoving my hands in the led lamp and it was very unprofessional. I tried explaining her to be gentle and she wouldn’t listen. I also asked her for another coat and she seemed upset about it and basically told me that she knows what she’s doing. I mean that’s just rude. I will not come back to this place after my first visit despite the fact that the pedicure and manicure turned out well.

My nail tech “Amy” did an ok job. She was pretty rough when doing my nails (jerking my feet and hands around and grabbing them roughly) considering it’s my first time and I’m pregnant! Then once I paid, I gave her a tip. Was only carrying a little cash and she said “no 20% tip?” Really loud so everyone heard. I ended up giving her all of my change. As an employee you should never demand tip, that is optional! I think it was really rude and inappropriate! Very disappointed (Didn’t make my cuticles even and my nails look crooked)
