Crystal Nails

I had called a few hours prior to see if there were any open appointments available for this evening, I was told yes. When I got there, I did have to wait, which I don’t mind. Then I was seated, and still waited for another 10-15 minutes before someone sat in the chair in front of me to do my nails. Once she did, she was completely unfocused on my nails and after half way sanding off the old gel from my previous set, she had me move to someone else’s seat for my nails to be done. This person did take her time in filling my nails and filling them, after telling me if I wanted them to be almond shaped I would need to leave them long or they would be oval. Oh my gosh I got my nails done by a girl named Jennifer I think and she did such an amazing job. In all my years of getting nails done these definitely have to be my all time favorite. Not just that she was so sweet. I’m in love. Crystal nails always has and probably always will be my favorite nail salon. #1 in Russellville for sure.

The hispanic lady & the older lady were amazing! I am leaving a 4 star only because of them. The younger lady with colorful glasses was on her phone WHILE doing a pedicure. Super rude to be doing that while attending a customer. The pedicure was not good because she was not paying attention.

I had such an amazing experience, I asked for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure and on my acrylics asked for a pretty complicated design. They looked at my picture for reference and immediately practiced and made sure they could do it, it turned out so gorgeous and I am recommending all of my friends at college. IT WAS SUCH A GOOD PRICE TOO!! If you are looking for great quality at a good price, come here!

My usual place was full so I decided to try somewhere new. This place is not for the weak!! Took two hours to do a full set French tip, and got cut three times separate times resulting in blood. I will say everyone was super friendly and my nails are cute but not enough to forget the experience.
