Crystal Nails

If I could give zero stars, I would. Purchased a basic pedicure from Groupon for $25.00. Called and made an appt as was required. Arrived at the salon and proceeded to wait 16 minutes for a manicurist who was NOT thrilled that I had a Groupon. Rude behavior. Rushed through the pedicure, refused to clean under my nails which is part of the pedicure regardless of the salon, even after I asked her to do so. She skipped on callous removal, missing one side of my right foot. When I asked her to use the scraper, she screamed 'you need callous remover' in broken English, as she grabbed the bottle of callous remover. She never asked if I wanted it and to pay extra for it, if so. She then realized she had been nasty, and her tip was in jeopardy. While I was under the dryer, she circled me waiting f

I love the way they listen to how I want my nails! Mary is super nice and fast and efficient at doing my nails. Crystal Nails found a spot for me even though it was last minute and they looked busy. No problem! I enjoy myself there and love the way my nails come out!

The salon was clean and quiet. I was welcomed by the staff warmly and the experience was pleasurable. It was so cute to see the staff huddle around to watch their colleague work on my nails. They took their time and did an amazing job.
