Crystal Nails

I went to this Nail salon just simply wanting a soak off. The nail tech proceeded to use sharp tools as if she was very experienced in using said tools. She eventually split my nail, going under my acrylic nail causing me to bleed with an open wound. I simply wanted a soak off, not for my nails to be ripped off. After realizing what she had done, she kept trying to underestimate my pain. She acted like it wasn’t there, and dusted the nail dust on my open wound. She even asked me to soak my nails. I used to love this nail salon, but I will not be back here again.

Man I was really in need of a new place. My daughters have tried this place a few times and they always were taken care of. So I went in and saw Kevin. The service and time he spent on my nails was amazing I was so relaxed and comfortable . The attention to detail was phenomenal. The fact that I didn't have a nail bed and the nails aren't reaching for the sky was it for me. Excuse my cuticle I'm a former nail bitter and in recovery 😭😭😂😂😫Ty Kevin see you in two weeks boo

These are pictures the day after I got my nails done. First I waited more than an hour, which I didn't complain about because I was a walk-in. The lady was nice but I think she needs glasses. There were bubbles in the finish of some of my nails and they were too long after I told her I needed them very short so I could type. My edges were filed partly round on one edge and partly square on the other edge. She used tips that weren't wide enough to cover my whole nail and tried to camouflage the fact. I had to go back the following day because I was unable to type and she filed them down and ruined the coating on the tips of several of them and the clear coat flaked off. Waited for about an hour, but I did come at what seemed like rush hour (noon) on Friday. I love my nails! However, I did bleed from both middle fingers from the nail tech taking too much off my cuticles (?) and it's obvious. But for $25 for a gel manicure I'll take it. I shall be back!

Had my nails done yesterday by Tommy and he was so nice & chill made the experience a relaxing one, and everyone is friendly. The atmosphere is extremely calming and my mother and I were thoroughly impressed. I love my nails they are simple yet elegant and beautiful. I will definitely be returning.
