Ann sucks! I will not be returning, I come in every week and nails keeps breaking still, when I tell her to not make it to thin so it doesn’t break, she just ignores me and doesn’t listen! I tip her between $30-$50 on top of the service price, who will tip you this much for every week service poorly done! My real nail is broken underneath the fake nail, should get you a lawer! You suck and I will never come back there!

Great service! Called at 10 for 11am appointment for 2 adults and 2 kids, the techs were all super friendly! I had recent foot surgery and was still a little swollen and very tender, my tech was so careful and gentle!!! 100% recipe d!!

I got my acrylics done by Crystal Nails for prom and they were not bad, so I thought that it would be a good idea to go back to get them removed. (The one problem I had was one of the nail techs leaving her bare feet on one of the chairs for the clients while on her phone.) Little did I know that they would totally destroy my nails. They started removing the color and filing them down. The nail tech then took one of the tips that gets glued on top of the nail for acrylics and clips the side of the nail before shoving the tip underneath my acrylics to remove them. I think it goes without saying that that was painful and not appropriate. He didn’t soak the nails before doing that, and my acrylics were very much still adhered to my real nails before he forcefully pried them off. He tried to d

my mom has been coming here for a while and it has been great. The people there don't speak the best english but they speak it well enough. They have shields up for covid and it was for the most part very sanitary. I went yesterday with my friend to get a dip nail manicure. they put tips on to make my nails longer and they shaped my nails great! They only thing is that she was a little bit rough with the drill when shaping my nails and i ended up bleeding on my middle finger, pinky, and pointer finger. Overall she did a pretty good job. They aren't the best at doing designs so i would recommend you go somewhere else if you are wanting a design.
