Crystal nails

I had these nails done about two weeks ago, even grown out they are still as good and beautiful as they were before. I go here regularly and the staff is always incredibly nice to me. Prices are always relatively cheap and understandable compared to others. They always do me right! The blues ones are the most recent ones I’ve had done that I am in love with but there are pictures of other nails I’ve had done previously, along with my friends red heart nails that she also had done with me. Photo doesn’t even show how beautiful they are! I don’t trust anyone else to do my nails!!!! They’re amazing! I’ve gotten my eyebrows done here too!!! I’ve never allowed anyone to do them besides me and I’m so glad I let her because they came out perfect!

I have been going here for months, a bit under a year. I have been really happy with my services except for my last two fills. Van and Andy have previously been very charming and provided GREAT services from waxing to nails. At the beginning of the month, maybe around the 4th, I noticed 5 of my nails were cracked and or chipped a week and a half after I had gotten a fill. I usually only get a fill every 3-4 weeks, so this was pretty strange. When I went in Saturday, 4/6/24, I showed Van the 5 broken nails (4 had cracks in the tips and one was chipping at the side). She told me I was due for a fill and she would fix them. I told her it was a bit early for me, but okay. Rather than replace all the broken nails, she applied more acrylic to 4 and replaced 1. Although my nails looked good, the tech used gel polish instead of regular and I couldn’t get it off to change it. This is the 2nd time in a row and I specifically asked for regular polish on my basic pedi. Time to find somewhere new😣

Came into this nail salon for graduation nails. The salon is dirty. The nail tech doesn't change the sanding bands out to each customer. She uses the same buffer used on prior customers. As you can see in the pics the gel polish doesn't cover half the nail. When I asked about this she tried to blame it in the powder. Lol. She sanded the work off and redid it but the second time was no better. She even asked me for a tip! She charged $55 for this job but the prices listed on the salon wall were way different. My daughter had a medium length set done and she charged the same price. She said the nails were long. The nails looked nothing like the picture she was given. Her nails were uneven and the gel polish bubbled 3 hours later. We will not be returning to this nail salon.
