I showed the people a picture of what I wanted, a French manicure with pink tips. Thats not what I got. I got an ugly pale pink nude color nail that's not shaped well and lumpy. It felt rushed. My skin was glued to the nail tip. My skin tore on my thumb when I removed the glue. I am very disappointed and even my friend said the nails look ugly. I don't want to ever come back after 10 years of going to your shop. She even charged me extra to do this horrible job to me. They didn't listen to what I wanted. The tips look odd and unnatural.

I used this salon several times and had a pleasant experience. Yesterday, I had a pedicure with Laura, and she was very thorough, gentle, and skilled in handling some tricky spots as well as delivering a very pleasant massage experience. I feel pampered and will definitely come back.

I really like my nail guy he is very good, would recommend him to anyone!!! Great job Henry!!!

I always ask for Nina and Ann. Been going here for nearly 10 years. They've done some remodeling and the atmosphere is very pleasant. And....they do dis counts for seniors.
