Crystal Nail

I really like the older lady but my nails should not pop off after 1 week.....my daughter's did as well. So incredibly hard to find a good nail shop, either they fo a great job & it cost $75. Or they do a crappy job & still cost $75! Ill keep trying until I find a good shop. ETA: ALL NAILS POPPED OFF 1 WEEK AFTER HAVING THEM DONE. IVE BEEN GETTING MY NSILS DONE FOR YEARS STRAIGHT, THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED. DIDNT RUIN MY NAILS OR ANYTHING, JUST POPPED OFF

Was in town visiting and found this place. Very friendly salon owner, 'Mom'. Jason + Taelyn are great manicurists and Emily gives a super fantastic pedicure. Plus they have new modern massage chairs! Salon clean too. I was a walk-in, no appointment and had a very short wait. My 1st visit, left with new friends. Call ahead let them know you're coming, you will really like it here!

The staff was friendly and I really felt like it was more than just a pedicure. The staff is so long it almost felt like therapy. Outstanding service!!

The place was slow. Only three customers one at pedicure station. So we sat and sat and girl didn't prep us to soak while she finished one lonely customer. 20 minutes and she still working in same customer with me and my mom still sitting. We left 30 minutes in.

Negative Review: Crystal's Nails (Byron, GA) I went to Crystal's Nails in Byron for a pedicure and manicure with my natural nails, avoiding gel polish. The owner reacted with clear frustration and refused service, then handed it over to her husband who insisted on gel polish and kept pressuring me to change my mind. Customer treatment: They spoke in another language and treated me like a child, scolding me for not wanting gel or thicker application. Service outcome: I requested normal polish on natural nails, but the color was thick and poorly applied. Attempts to dry it failed; it would not have dried even with hours under the dryer.
