**This is a follow up of my initial 1 star review I had left after receiving a very painful experience it left me with back pain for 48hrs. Kelly, the manager, reached out to me personally asking if they could make it right.** I received one of the best massages in a long time. I went for a 60 minute body massage and a 30 minute reflexology massage. The massage therapist, May, was exceptional. Throughout the massage, she checked up with me to ensure the pressure was exactly what I wanted. The room was clean and warm (on one of the coldest days of the year so far!) and the bed was heated with their heating pad which added to my comfort. The music was relaxing and I think I almost fell asleep a few times which never happens. I feel rejuvenated and relaxed. Thank you so much, Kelly (the ma
