Terrible customer service. Poor Management. Selling is there main focus. Even if that's means making up illegal charges that are not in any of there legal contracts. Check all reviews for all 3 locations they are usually specific to most staff. Which they can not hold on to because they also dont treat the stuff that great. Ask a manager to call you as a test. Dont worry they won't. You should just leave a review. Seems like they are willing to respond once on a public forum that could result in the lose of customers. They do not try to keep you as a customer. They have a strong no refund policy for a reason. I also have the screenshots of made up charges against me that are not on the written policy. Manager can't be bothered to reach out. So lets try resolving here.
