This place is soooooo cool. So many things that better your health. And Stacy is phenomenal! She knows her stuff and is very kind and compassionate! I LOVE this place! I did the foot detox! Amazing! I also had some cryotherapy done on my glute.

Stacy is the absolute best! My face always feels and looks so amazing after getting a facial from her! She always has some awesome deals going! She’s very professional, personable, and makes you feel comfortable with everything she’s doing and will explain everything to you so you know what’s going on!

Red light therapy is what first brought me to the Cryo pneuma Spa. I must admit I was a bit skeptical but Stacy made me feel very comfortable and assured me I would definitely have noticeable improvements in many health conditions. HOLY MOLY!!! This really works! It helped with pain and arthritis I have in my knee and shoulder as well as helping me rest better at night. I’ve tried it with Brain Tap meditations to help me get the best rest possible! You literally wake up and are ready to take on any task with new energy and focus. Stacy has a passion for her work and it shows through her dedication and professionalism. I had a cryo facial with Stacy and I loved how soft it made my face feel. I had some dry spots that were froze by a dermatologist that came back. But after my facial with Stacy they are gone! It’s been a couple weeks since my facial and my face still feels amazing! Thanks Stacy for bringing cryo to our area!
