I had an amazing experience at Crownz & Tresses. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and very well-organized. The Desiree was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure my unit was done exactly how I wanted it. The unit came out beautiful, healthy, and styled to perfection, and I’ve received so many compliments afterward. What I appreciated most was the care and attention to detail. She truly prioritize delivering luxury results. The service was efficient, the space was clean, and the overall experience felt elevated from start to finish. I absolutely recommend Crownz & Tresses to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and top-tier luxury hair. I’ll definitely be returning for future services.

As a young Black girl, who didn’t know much about her natural hair; this shop will make you fall in love with the hair you once didn’t know how to take care of. I am so appreciative of the staff, especially Desiree, in aiding in my hair appreciation journey. It’s such a welcoming and supportive environment/community they have all made, especially for the customers. If you’re looking for a place to responsibly spend your money on a service, this is the place to be! I got a Silk Press here, $100. Fast and professional, how every business should be. I would absolutely come back. I have been coming for a couple of years, as well as my grandma. Keep the Black dollar flowing within our community!!!!

I’ve always enjoyed my experiences at Crownz and Tresses. I’ve been before to purchase their high-quality bundles, but this visit was all about my daughters and they were both well taken care of! My oldest got a silk press and trim. The stylist was very informative, walking us through the whole process and offering tips to maintain healthy hair. My younger daughter received a wash, trim, and two braids and let me tell you, those braids were so sleek and laid it looked like she had a perm! The attention to detail was everything. We will definitely be returning. Thank you, Crownz and Tresses, for taking such good care of my girls!

I don’t even know where to begin, genuinely these ladies are the best. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients, they explained everything so clearly to me and made me feel like family. Not to mention how GREATTTT my sew in came out. Never leavingg

I recently got a sew in here on Saturday and I will say that the owner is knowledgeable and she was WONDERFUL with my children. The con: I felt chastised for having short hair based on the feedback I received. Also, it cost me $495.00 for 2 bundles and a frontal at this salon. However, due to excessive itching I had to take it down which is disappointing. The positive: I will be buying my wigs from Amazon moving forward lol. I will NOT return to this salon and I DON’T recommend!
