I think the positive reviews were for previous management. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl. My mom and grandma knew the previous owners and we had a good relationship with them. I understand the need to protect inventory, but everyone isn’t going to steal. The women behind the counter is kind. And I don’t believe I’ve been followed. But I’ve seen others followed. And, unfortunately, I’ve noticed it’s based on what you’re wearing and how you present yourself. Your target demographic is African Americans. You shouldn’t treat us like criminals. I miss the old Crown Wig.

This was my first time visiting the store, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I felt really uncomfortable because I was being followed around while I shopped, which made the whole experience unpleasant. On top of that, I noticed a few bugs in the corners, which left me concerned about cleanliness. Overall, it just wasn’t a welcoming or positive experience.

It wasn’t a too bad of experience, the cashier was kind . The gentleman kinda followed some of us around which I understand his why. But this ain’t that, I pay for whatever I want!

Supposed to be open at 9:30. 9:45, they are still closed. No sign. Multiple people tried to go in. This is unprofessional and inconvenient.
