I came in for an acrylic nail removal and the lady used a nail tip to dig under my acrylic nails to rip them off. It was so painful. I kept jerking my hands back because of the pain and the lady asked me if it was hurting. I told her yes and she continued doing the same thing like what was the point of asking me if it hurt if you weren’t gonna change anything. I asked her if we could do a soak off instead and she said no because it would take too long. Like?? They rather be quick with u instead of taking their time to make sure you leave a happy customer. Anyways after i asked for a soak off, she kept ripping my nails off and it hurt so bad my nail started bleeding. At that point i had enough and i demanded a soak off and she finally gave it to me. The cleanliness of the place could definitely be better. It was dirty almost everyone: floors, walls, desks, chairs etc which concerned me with getting my nails done. Though, when it was finished, I couldn’t complain because they looked really good and the people that helped me were really sweet. Instead of the nails techs sitting on their devices waiting for customers, they should use this time to deep clean the place and make that first impression a good one.

This use to be my go to place, this last time I went my nails looked dirty with tons of bubbles. Tried going back twice to get them fixed.. first time they were too busy to do it, second time the guy wasn’t there to fix them and they refused to have anyone else fix their work. Tried to go in ONE last time, the guy said he’d only fix ONE nail, I tried to tell him if literally PAY to have them all redone with the same design and he refused to do them, I ended up leaving and will never be back! How do you refuse to do someone’s nails you did when they’re literally offering to pay when in reality, I shouldn’t have to pay for it, but the fact I was willing & being denied service is absolutely insane! Definitely googling a new nail place after that childish act.

Service is terrible!!! Rude!!! the man who helped me spoke very loudly, was unpleasant, and aggressive which is annoying literally gave me a headache and uncomfortable. I went to relax but felt no relaxation- overall his work is very lazy. Unfortunately didn't get the best service here. The nail techs keeps on upsell the royal pedicure and I only want the regular polish NOT Gel polish. He keeps pushing me to do gel and I have to fight with him that I want regular polish. However I ended up with the pedicure and it says on the menu: 10-minute massage. The massages I had were ridiculous it literally was just putting lotion on for a minutes. Long story short: the customer service was terrible, nails came out poor, and my nail tech was rude. Details: I took my niece to get her nails done (she is 10) back in december and we both got regular polish instead of gel. They sat as on opposite sides of the room despite open chairs. I dont know how her experience was with her tech other than she said he never spoke to her the whole time. My tech was rude the whole time. He pulled out a drill and I quickly corrected him saying "no, I just want regular polish please" and he got snarky with me, rolled his eyes and put the drill away. He roughly took off my existing paint and didnt even get it all off. He didnt even do the full manicure experience that I paid for (soak in water, cuticle remover, etc). When he started applying the color I
