Crown Of Glory Hair Color Salon

I normally go to great clips to get my haircut but as I was going from a chin/shoulder length to a pixie I thought I'd go to a "salon". The reviews were good and the stylist Liza was very nice but I didn't get the cut I went for. I was at the salon from 12:30 to 2:00. I showed a pic(1st photo) of the type of cut I was wanting. A nice asymmetrical pixie cut and the other photos are what I went home to. Now I have to go and try to get someone to fix the disaster on my head and no I'm NOT going back to this salon. Like I said she was very nice but did not do the job I wanted. She kept telling me she was going the way the hair felt and whenever I would say that I wanted more taken off here or this area straightened out she'd just go in and chop pieces out use the thinning shears. I love using Crown of Glory Hair Color Salon. She did amazing for a last minute booking. I highly recommend this hair place.

My first time here, and it will be my last. I show up at my appointment and I’m there from 2 solid hours for a minimum hair cut. I went into my appointment with how I wanted my hair. I informed Liza exactly what I wanted. She proceeds to tell me what she thinks would look good. I told her I just wanted an even cut. I HATE layers. Well she puts layers in my hair. My cut is not even at all. My left side is longer than my right side. My hair is hideous and I can’t style it or make it look half way decent. Just a little critique I’d like to give. If a customer comes in for a hair cut and tells you what they want. Just do it. Don’t try to tell them what you think is best. They’re not paying you for that. If you can’t complete the job just tell them you can’t.

This was absolutely a great experience from the first call to leaving with my daughter and I having new haircut/styles. They made us feel valued and demonstrated genuine customer service that’s not common anymore. Everyone there was knowledgeable and genuinely nice. The important part is our haircuts were a product of a professional listening to us and using her artistic abilities to make it translate to a haircut my daughter and I liked immediately. This place was amazing. I went in looking for something different and shorter than normal and the stylist Liza not only did a wonderful job but the service was also fantastic. Friendly service is hard to find these days . But not at Crown of glory. Great , warm, family environment. I love my new cut.
