Crown Nails Spa

I have been going for over a year. All of the staff there makes my experience top notch they always strive to give me exactly what I want. The prices are so much better than the competition. I’m always getting complimented on my nails when I go if I could rate them I higher I would.

This is my favorite nail salon in the Tinley/Orland Park area. Prices are reasonable, easy to make an appointment online, and they always do a fantastic job. Nails last about 4 weeks, especially when I use gloves to clean and dry my hands properly after washing them. I am a mom and work in the medical field, so I am pretty hard on my nails.

I originally booked my appt for 5, they asked if I could come in at 4 or 4:30, so I obliged and made My appt for 4:00. I arrived about 15 minutes early and only waited one minute for Rachel. About 4:00 another client walked in and was waiting for Rachel. As she was finishing up my nails which I could tell were not the same length I noticed they were very uneven, not smooth and I asked her about it. Her excuse was because I wanted them thin I was going to see the “tip” line for the tips she added…however the nails with no tip added are also uneven and bumpy. They aren’t the same length and still thick. I’ve had my nails done for years so I’m not buying her reason for them looking the way they do, uneven and bumpy. I would have been a long time client but not after this experience.

Rachel has been doing my nails every 3 weeks for the past 3 years. She gets me in last minute, she’s personable, quick and does an amazing job on my nails! The salon is always clean and decorated beautifully! Her husband is constantly updating the decor and furniture. I moved 40 minutes away and I still drive out for her to do my nails. I wouldn’t trust anyone else! By far, the best nail salon I’ve ever been to, in my life!

Best nail salon in the area. Crown Nails Spa has been my go to for several years. The staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond. The salon is always clean. Rachel & Jacob work extremely hard to ensure customers leave satisfied. Highly recommend.
