Crown Braiding Salon

I’ve been here twice to get my hair done. I LOVE the way they braid my hair! It’s clean and dosen’t take as long. The staff specifically Mary is are kind and generous. Overall a great place to get your braids done 10/10!

Today was my first time at this salon and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Mesi did my invisible locs and was super patient, neat, and fast! She checked to make sure I was satisfied with the first few before completing my entire head. The shop was clean and inviting and honestly, Mesi’s kindness made it an even better experience. I’ve been looking for a braider in Alexandria so I’m glad I found this place. I will most definitely be back!

I went to this salon yesterday and Mary did my hair, I got Senegalese twists. She did a phenomenal job, her customer service was great she offered me water and snacks. She made me feel like I was at home. She also was very delicate and gentle with my hair. She is now my new hairstylist! I would definitely recommend!! 10/10!!

Definitely a top braider in the DMV. Messi was so polite and sweet. She has very nice and clean salon suite. If need someone to style your hair go here and reasonable prices. She did my box braids and my Daughters hair. I will definitely return to her. Book with her.

My hair wasn’t the way I asked. I had to take it out earlier than expected because of the sizing and no styling of the braids.The braider was nice but her braiding skills need improvement. Although, l did receive tiny refund. I was still charged $150 for super big braids and lumpy knotless twist in the back. I believe a fair price would have been $60 maybe $80 for the time she put in but $150 was an overpriced number. Would I come back? Sure, if I was in the area and it was a zombies apocalypse and i needed shelter would I then return. Besides that my experience was nice (5) but my braiding style was an (0)
