It was my second time to get my eyelashes from Erica. I took my mom and aunt to get our eyelashes done before my Engagement party. Erica did fantastic job as always, we all got a lot compliments. Erica was so kind and professional, she made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. I will bring more friends. Definitely recommend!!

I’ve been there once and today, I tried to call and make an appointment for eyelashes but idk who was picking up the phone and seemed like she didn’t care about customers at all and didn’t need more customers. it’s not first time i’ve felt this way. Im not sure if she’s tired or what? Anyway I ll never come back that place anymore Responding to your reply, im not talking about being unavailable. i understand and it’s not a problem for me to come another time. Im talking about how you treat your customers. Part of your job is customer service. That’s important for business right? Your tone of voice that day and the time before was rude and made me not want to be your customer ever again. Oh! I definitely went to another shop, as you told me!

Very knowledgeable about lash care and health. They use high quality products for their lash sets. Very comfortable and relaxing to get done and the staff are very nice and professional. This is my favorite place in Great Neck to get my lashes done. Love them ❤️
