Crossfit No’Ala

Dropped in a couple of times while in town for a conference. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Place was clean and well equipped. I was just using one of their rowers but saw four different classes over the two days. In all of the classes I saw people were working hard, but at same time people seemed to be enjoying themselves. Will definitely go back if I am in town again. Definitely worth trying if you are in the area.

Joining CrossFit Noala has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and overall well-being. In less than a year, I’ve found an incredibly supportive community that has motivated me not just in the gym but in all areas of life. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging, always pushing you to do your best while making sure you’re moving safely. The workouts are challenging but scalable, so no matter your fitness level, you always feel like you’re making progress. If you’re looking for a place that goes beyond just fitness and truly invests in its members, this is it!

This is the best gym in the area BY FAR! Each coach provides direction and guidance, sprinkled in with a lot of fun, to make sure you reach your goals in a safe and productive manner. Every participant is friendly and there to better themselves and cheer on everyone in the class. I have been going since 2019 and always look forward to going to improve my physical (and mental!) health. It is truly for everyone. Come join the fun!

Awesome box! Great pricing and flexibility for my wife and I when we dropped in. Coaching staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. Will definitely be dropping in here more often when we are home!

I really liked the workouts at this gym and tried numerous classes. The class time that works best for my schedule is 8 am. Unfortunately, in this 8am class there is an obnoxious lady who regularly attends this class. The lady has gray/blond hair and wears the shortest shorts you can buy….but she in her late 50s if not already 60. She laughs/cackles throughout the class for attention; Almost worst than her laugh- she stinks like an old clam if you have to work out near to her. The workouts are great at this gym but avoid the 8 am class and the gray/blond if possible.
