Everybody was really nice, great customer service. However, they completely botched my haircut and cut it way too short so I can't even go somewhere else to get what I wanted.
Rhonda is the bomb at CrossCutters! I have been going to her for two years and does a great job styling my hair. She has a bubbly personality and experienced stylist. She owned her own shop out west before moving to PA. Highly recommend!
Walked in hoping for something good to happen and left feeling absolutely amazing! Ronda did a great job on my hair, she’s got a great personality and was fun to be around. She got the purple mistake outta my hair and made me look so much better! Found my new hair dresser and I would recommend her anyone!! THANK YOU RONDA!!
The place is nice, but the staff was nothing but older mean ladies. They barely spoke to my sister and I when we went for hair cuts. They obviously didn't want to be there working. I'll never go back because of how uncomfortable I felt. It was as if it was a burden to them to do their job.
Miss Donna did an amazing job on my highlights! Love it and def will be back and spread the word!🙂
