Update 11/12/2025: After the initial review and an email, I did end up asking for a refund. Initially I was kindly offered a free of charge redo service by the manager Jennifer, as refunds are typically against policy. I had, at this point, already had my nails completed by a different technician and was instead offered a refund as a courtesy. In the future, either at this salon or any other, I will be sure to express any concerns (even if I am uncertain of how to qualify them) before leaving as Jennifer made it clear she values her customers and gladly would have rectified the situation on that day. Update 11/8/2025: I went and got my nails redone elsewhere (two weeks after service here) and my nails underneath when the the acrylics were removed were a MESS. The previous technician file

I found this salon almost four months ago and have been a satisfied customer ever since. Jenn does my nails and is absolutely amazing at what she does. Her work is top notch! She takes her time, doesn’t rush which I love. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she overdelivered!! The salon is nice and clean with a soothing atmosphere. If you’re in the Crofton area, stop by to see Jenn, you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing place. Super clean, relaxing atmosphere and everyone is very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job with my mani pedi and eyebrow wax. I will definitely come back!

Came in for a couples mani/pedi, with an appt, but as first timers, so did not request a particular technician. Experience was very relaxing and pleasant. My husbands feet were transformed! My hybrid gel fill-in looks great. Thank you, Crofton Nail Spa. We will return!

Went for a couple’s pedicure and also got a manicure. The shop has a nice, cozy atmosphere and technicians were attentive and thorough.
