Went to hair salon for a trim, I wanted to get some layers to my hair and put it around an inch to an inch and a half shorter. Red flag, she didn’t even sit me down before asking to shampoo my hair so she didn’t know what my hair looked like when it wasn’t wet. Unfortunately, Trinh didn’t do a great job and my hair was super uneven after. There were areas of my hair where the layers do not blend at all (see parts flaying out) and my left side of hair is almost a half an inch longer than my right. I did message right away asking for a partial refund as my hair was botched. she declined and said because I was wearing a hoodie that day my hair is uneven. She offered to fix it, but my hair was already shorter than I wanted and it’s just going to take even longer to grow out if I let her touch

Loved my experience getting a trim with lots of layers! I have wavy/curly hair, and my stylist did an amazing job with my very grown out shag cut. She gave me lots of great tips for my hair and showed me how she applies product so I can replicate the results at home :) A wonderful and relaxing time!

Was able to get a last minute wash and style appointment on a Saturday when my regular hair person was all booked up. The owner is super nice and worked fast, did a great job. She was able to wash, dry, flat iron and curl my hair in just a little over an hour. I have super thick long hair down to my lower back and when I try to do this at home it takes me 3 hours. Highly recommend, I will be coming back! Its also really nice to see a business taking covid precautions seriously, not a lot of places in Marysville do.

My son and I ADORE Trinh. She is the owner operator and stylist here and does an amazing job. We have been coming to Crocus for over 6 years. My son gets his cuts done here and I have had my hair cut here with family too and also had highlighting done and eyebrow waxing done. She is a one man band and has a nice, clean and inviting space too.

This is my regular hair place, it's a very clean and modern salon with everything you'd need. They have a 50% discount for new customers as well as $5 off for seniors and military personnel. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs their hair done.
