I often come to this salon because the owner and employees are skilled, knowledgeable, and super friendly. the salon is about 20 minutes from my house and i pass many barbers and salons to get to this one! However this recent week, August 2025, a new young woman with blue hair was working the desk and greeted me in a much less than friendly way, she was EXTREMELY rude to me and my son trying to get a trim. I decided it wasnt worth the effort and instead got a haircut elsewhere. Its unfortunate that this young lady aims to harm this establishments very good reputation for no good reason. Otherwise my experience has been good but i have no words to describe my dissatisfaction.

This is how my hair was cut. charged 50$. I called the next day and had to go back and have someone else fix it, which she had to cut my hair so short I cant tie it back for work which is a requirement in my job.. very disappointed since I have been going to this place for 15years… all in all I tipped the hair dresser that fixed it, so I got a 60$ hair cut I extremely dislike. I am very disappointed.

Unlike what the sign and advertisements say, walk-in’s are NOT welcome. You have to have an appointment. First time trying but will never be back. Staff was curt and snippy as well.

My husband brought our son to get his hair cleaned up and styled. He showed the woman a photo of how our son wanted his hair styled and told her he still wants it long, just clean up around the ears and the back. Not only did she NOT give a cut or style anything like the photo, but she also cut his hair way too much and terribly. It’s all hacked up in the front. Looks like he cut it himself. Now he is in tears because his long hair is gone and it’s not the way he asked. He said it was the worst experience he has ever had. We have been bringing him here for several years and always had a good result, but the past couple of years have been awful. Time to find somewhere else. Photos are what was asked for and what was done.
