Crestview Nail Palace LLC

So I went to the nail palace today and when I arrived, I spoke with the gentleman on the counter I believe is the owner and I asked him what it would cost to have my nails done. He started with stating that I had Gel Nails and I did not. I haven’t had my nails done in years so I have been done for my birthday and I stopped doing them because I had a bad response to gel. I almost walked out and wished that I had. I asked him to quote how much the nails would cost. I have three broken nails and I wanted French. He said $45. I told him it was important to me because I have had experiences where you go into a salon and what you’re told on the way in it’s not what you were charged on the way out. The younger girl at the front desk had amazing customer service! Would definitely come back! My nails turned out amazing. They did the design with ease.

We came into this shop 20 minutes before closing by accident I thought I went to the place I called.. I realized I was not at the salon I called to get my girls nails done however Phe said it’s okay and got my girls in. Not only did he stay open an hour later for me but he did a awesome job on my daughters nails and the other gentlemen did a awesome job on my other daughters nails. Everyone was so friendly. We really enjoyed coming here. I feel sorry it was right before closing but I definitely don’t regret using this place and will for sure be back :) thank you so much again for the kindness.

They did an excellent job. My nail tech paid so much attention to detail and asked me my thoughts throughout the entire process. She was very sweet and put so much effort into my service. 10/10, will be returning

I use to really enjoy coming here because the service was great but management is not the best anymore and service isn’t good at all.The reason I went here was because the work was great especially by the manager but then when I would get help by him it would be sloppy and not the good work I’ve seen him do before . I’ve gotten a nail fix done here by the manager and all he basically did was slap the nail on , painted it horribly with the wrong shape and went about his day instead of taking his time making sure I was happy and ok with the nail fix and that it matched the others as much as possible . Then I got the dipping powered done about a week ago and before I left I asked why my nails weren’t painted to the root of the nails and the tech continued to say because I needed my cuticles
