Crescent Nail Salon

I got gel x & gel pedicure. Since this was their grand opening the color choices were not that great but had what I needed. Overall, good quick friendly neighborhood salon! I am very picky with my shape so I’m not 100% satisfied as I did ask for rounded coffin. Also, there’s a bit of confusion with the pricing. They quoted me 55 on the phone but when I got there I was charged $70 and said it was because of shape and length? But what I received was basic length and shape in m opinion. Growth pains! First opening is never easy for a business!

My daughter and I got our nails done last week and after 3 days they were chipping completely off. We went back to ask them to please either give us a refund or completely redo our service since $70 is not cheap for a gel manicure. They refused and would only fix the nails that were chipped. Clearly something was done incorrectly because no nails should be chipping after 2 days with gel or dip powder. They even tried to charge me today for working on their mistake. Never again will I go here.

Got my nails done dip powder on 2/6/26. By 2/11/26, 4 of my nails were completely missing nail polish. I went back on 2/12/26 to give them the chance to redeem themselves but they chose not to. They said that they would charge me to complerely redo my entire manicure and they also did not want to give me a refund. Dip powder lasts at least 2 weeks, not 5 days. 2 days into this is just not acceptable. The younger woman was so rude when I got there and did not want to fix the mistake SHE made on my nails. The owner also was telling her on the phone to only do what was messed up and if I want my nails redone it would be extra. A new nail is already chipping since leaving there an hour ago. No wonder they are always empty in there.

Fidela and the other ladies are so sweet and talented! They always do a great job on my nails and the salon is so relaxing! They have a decent color selection and nice pedicure massage chairs. I would definitely recommend them!

I am definitely coming back. Very clean place and they did a great job. Prices are reasonable too
