I was there on Cyber Monday just before closing and was served by one nice lady. She helped me get the products I wanted. Recommend other great products that I ended up buying and loved them. They had great selection of products as well but what this opinion is really about is the outstanding service I recived from their employee. She had dark curly short hair. She really wanted to help me get the item I wanted to purchase even though it was still deep in the order packages. She opened them all as she saw she has it in this delivery which most people wouldn’t do. I had 10/10 experience with her

I fear I might butcher the spelling of her name, so sorry! Eliana was wonderful. She helped me Thursday night. I came in completely clueless as to what to get for a gift and she walked me through all the options, price points and suggested some amazing products. I’m feeling really excited to give the gift now and I also have my go-to person for help shopping in store the next time. Please correct me on the spelling of her name tho and please tell her she’s wonderful at her job!

I came in needing quite a bit of support, being someone that doesn't wear makeup very often! I needed a handful of "basics" for events and weddings that I have coming up, and Eliana was a lifesaver. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and so helpful with showing me how to best use each product without making me feel like a child hah! Can't wait to go back here, would highly recommend Eliana for any and every question you might have about skincare, makeup, etc.

I’ve always liked Credo, but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in NYC. I bought a perfume less than a week ago and it leaked all over my clothes because the closure was broken. When I brought it back (in a double plastic bag showing the damage), the associate refused to help, told me to “contact customer service,” and was extremely rude. She even said it wasn’t obvious the bottle was leaking while also refusing to touch the bag because she didn’t want it on her — which makes no sense. Really disappointing and makes me question shopping here again.

Julie is AMAZING!! I came in to get a new perfume and she was so knowledgeable about each brand and scent profile. The store was so nicely put together and I had no problem finding the perfect scent. I was also impressed with their social distancing rules, so I felt comfortable during my shop. This was my first time here as a local, and I highly recommend this store for clean, natural products. ALSO! As somebody who loves reducing waste and recycling THIS store has a great policy where they will allow you to recycle old, rinsed out products.
