I had went many times before and loved their service but my recent visit was my last, the red headed older lady was doing highlights for me and literally melted my hair off and just threw it in the trash behind my back and never told me and just curled it to hide it. I know the risk with bleach but its the principle of not telling me and offering to fix it

The girl who done my hair was absolutely amazing. She done an outstanding job after a previous appointment had gone south and my hair definitely needed some fixing lol. I highly recommend them, I know I will for sure be going back.

great place to go for a quick haircut or a relaxing day. I got my huge 28 inch hair chopped off and got a beautiful bob haircut with bangs. I also got it colored black last year and my hair is starting to get long again. I think I might have it cut again but probably not after my not-so-great experience with SmartStyle, but I also take my little brother here and he gets a perfect-shaped haircut every time. Only place we will go. Lorne is our girl. We have been going there a long time. If we can't get in to see Loren we make an appointment. They so nice and the very high quality service. Number one. If you need anything done. Give them a try. You want go nowhere else. I highly recommend this salon and the workers. Absolutely the best.
