Creative Nails

I am so sad to make this…I haven’t had a pedicure for over a year plus. Finally I was able to and tried this place for the first time. Everything was pretty good but the guy working on my feet pulled out a power tool to get the calluses off my feet. It was a lot…not very relaxing and it did hurt and made my toe bleed. I have never had this happen before and was honestly shocked that he used a power tool. I know my feet were probably bad but that bad? I’m still confused. I did say ouch and pulled my foot away when it hurt but still accepted this service and tipped. Just a warning I guess for anyone they experiences this as well. Don’t let him do this to you! Also my feet are so rough still…

Always an amazing experience with Scarlet as my nail tech! From start to finish, professional and made me feel confident in trusting the process. My nails turned out absolutely stunning—her attention to detail is unmatched. The shape was perfect, exactly how I wanted, I really appreciate how reliable and consistent she is with her work; my nails always look flawless and last for weeks without any issues.

Wonderful salon. Smells great, friendly staff. My pedicure was great & both my technicians were nice but I'm very disappointed with my gel polish on my finger nails. The tech only used one coat of color & it's black, so in some spots you can see through the black to my natural nail. I have never had my nails done and walk out with my nails so thin or with only one coat of color (the additional coat of color would've made them thicker) He was about to start cleaning up & I had to ask for a second top coat. I've never had a nail salon apply only one coat of gel topcoat. He was very nice which is why I tipped them well & gave 2 stars. However even my smile lines are on the flat/not round side. I am disappointed.

this place is absolutely horrible , the most horrible customer service EVER !! I’ve been to many salons and this was my first time trying this place and I took my daughter to get her first manicure and pedicure and right when I said I wanted to do a pedicure for her I was told “ she’s to young to do a pedicure “ like what the hell? When the girl was doing her toes she was absolutely RUDE! She asked me if I chose a color and I said no because I hadn’t seen the colors yet and she practically threw the books to me. Then while she was doing her toes she was like “ DONT KICK YOUR LEGS “ RUDELY, if I could give this place a 0 I would. Definitely don’t recommend. This is TWO hours after getting her nails done. 👎🏻

They always do a grwat job. Today I came in kinda late, 630PM, I called ahead and they said they would take me for a fill and pedi. The ladies did such a great job and refused to cut corners even though I gave them the opportunity because it was late.
