Came in as a walk-in and wanted to get the works hoping they would have time and they did! Helen did an amazing job with my pedicure and Spa treatment I almost fell asleep in the chair. Tia went above and beyond giving me long purple nails as I wanted. I have not gotten my nails done in a very long time and left feeling very relaxed and happy! Everyone is very kind and friendly! They were very busy so I was happy I could get what I was hoping for. I will definitely be coming back!

Extremely disappointed in the way that I was treated by the staff here at Creative Nails today. I’ve been a regular customer for a while and although the employees can be rude at times, I loved the service they provide a lot. My appointment was for 1:30 PM today and my boyfriend and I got stuck in traffic. We were only 5 minutes late and thankfully no one greeted us right away anyway. I should add that there were only 3 people getting pedicures done in the whole salon, so they were not busy. I made my appointment online, my boyfriend and I were getting basic pedicures and I was getting dip powder for my nails. While we waited for someone to walk over I picked a dip color. When the older woman who works the front came over I tried to be friendly and she told me I was very late repeatedly. S

Fabulous Spa! Cindy does my nails here every week. Gel Manicure with nail art, Spa pedicure.......always perfect. Very reasonable pricing, loyalty program. Appointments or walk in. Convenient hours and location. Calming atmosphere. Very professional, accommodating and talented nail artists.

The manager told me that they didn’t have time for tips while the lady was prepping my nails.then The manager shoved me and said I told you no.so then I said I don’t want any nails anymore. The nail tech apologized and said she would’ve done them if her boss let her. then she sat on her phone for the next half an hour. while she could’ve been doing my nails

I highly recommend Anna!! I never have time for self care so those rare times are important to me. I have been faithful to this place for over 2 years following repeated disappointing to say the least, establishments I can not begin to say how much I appreciate Anna. I am very relaxed & refreshed.
