Creative Nails

In North Fresno across from the library is Creative Nails. First time ever in this nail salon. Before returning to work I was in need of a great gel manicure. At a reasonable price they saw me right away in the morning with no appointment. I picked out my nail color and they got to work. One of my nails was chipped and the nail technician fixed it at no extra cost. Welcoming as soon as you enter the door and clean for a nail salon. Parking is available out front of the salon. I highly recommend you walk or drive whatever your preference to check out Creative Nails located on Champlain Dr. for excellent service they provide.

I was recommended by someone who frequents this salon. My spa pedicure? Fabulous! My massage was nice and firm and the color has stayed on for nearly 3 weeks. My nails have lasted about 2.5 weeks, one broke and a couple have chips in the side, but my problem is not with how long the nails lasted. I had to show 3 different pictures before they said they could do my nails. “Creative Nails”...Then the one they could do she tried to talk me out of it by saying it was “too expensive” whatever that means and by saying they all wouldn’t be even because it was marble etc. So I left with something that looked nice, but wasn’t even in my top 3 choices, and I felt a bit insulted.

I am looking for a salon near my home. I tried out this place. The ladies were extremely rude. I was the only customer when I first got there. The lady was yelling at me because I said I wanted a fill for the power dip and she said that’s not a fill and on and on. I was never asked what type of pedicure I would like. The whole time the two ladies were just speaking to each other loudly while giving me a pedi and mani. Only when more people ( employees and customers ) stared coming in did their attitude toward me change. Unfortunately not a good experience for me.

Cathy is amazing! Great quality work with nails and bikini wax. She did a better job than any other wax center I’ve been to and went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend her services(:

Do not go to Creative Nails unless you like throwing your money away. The first time I went there Christine did a fantastic job on my nails, she did the gel dip and they looked amazing. The 2nd time I requested her, they said she was booked so they had someone else do them, the color she put on my nails didn't look like the color I choose, when I told her she said that the color would look right once she finished...wrong! They really didn't care that I wasn't happy but finally one of the guys "Andy" added a lighter color over the top so they looked better. Today I went back and Andy did my nails...I should have known better. First, it took almost 20 min before anyone acknowledged that I was even there, then you could tell that he really didn't care about the quality of his work because
