Creative Nails

Since I moved here to Columbia I been looking for a good nails place and this place is pretty good. The lady that did mine was Linda. I will be going here from now on. I like to stick to one place once I find a good place. U won’t be disappointed. My nails are so pretty….

**⭐️ 0-Star Review** I had a terrible experience at Creative Nails. The lash tech who worked on me was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was holding the fan to dry my lashes, and she *shoved* my hand out of the way so she could put the fan to my face. It was aggressive and completely uncalled for — I honestly felt like I was going to have to defend myself. That behavior is unacceptable, and I will **never** go back. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.

I got my nails done four days ago I asked for a French tip almond shape nails with two nails on each hand to have a flower design the lady said she couldn’t do it after attempting and got her daughter who was no more then 15 to attempt she did it but it wasn’t great work so I just said thanks and left in the middle Of the flower it had a rhinestone which came off the next morning I went back to have them fixed and they were ready to help me until I told them I was there to get them fixed never even asked for it to be for free but her whole attitude changed she said well you wait I’m busy I said you have one person In the whole salon with more than one employee and she walked off saying nothing so I guess she was mad. My daughter and I decided to try this place despite the many negative reviews. I'm glad we went, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and professional. They did a great job on my pedi and full set. My daughter got tips with powder and gel polish. There was no long wait, the salon was clean (a little outdated but nice), and they had a decent amount of color choices. We will definitely be going back.

I came to get a pedicure. The environment was relaxing but the process was not. Them removing the nail polish with the electric nail filer was very unpleasant. I paid for the regular pedicure $35 with gel and had one acrylic tip applied. The total came up to $65 when done. But that isn’t my issue. My pedicure did NOT look like $65 job. My big toes don’t match and one is uneven. The nail polish is sloppy. I didn’t notice until I got outside in the sunlight. Crooked and sloppy. I only cane here because the place I normally go was too crowded. I won’t be coming back.
