I paid Chasity to do blonde highlights. She had another client in as well. She set her timer & it went off after a hour of sitting with product in my hair. I told her it’s been a hour. She didn’t check my hair but told me u can wait a bit longer. I waited 25 minutes longer as she gossiped with another friend. I was rather annoyed. I know my hair. We don’t wait that long. I told her my hair is gonna be ruined. She said oh no you’re fine. She put do much product in my hair to make it silky & greasy to cover it up. My hair was ruined. I told her in person a few weeks after & she said “no one will believe you” I waited a few months to share my experience because the hatred she sent my way. I had to cut 6 inches off my hair because of her.
