I wish I had found Luz when I was younger. My hair has never looked as good as it does now. Luz is an excellent stylist. She is both kind and very professional. Highly recommend.

Dawn BUTCHERED my hair. When I left the salon I held out hope that it would look better when I styled it, but I was wrong. I told her I wanted to keep my length and shorten some of the layers and she cut off over 2 INCHES all around the top of my head. Most of it could be salvaged, but she gave me choppy, “uneven on purpose” (??) micro bangs, which I didn’t ask for. And she wanted to cut them shorter when it was still wet! I have no choice but to go somewhere else and cut off more of the length, which erases months of progress of growing it out. Never trusting anyone from this salon again.

I go for her color and haircut services as well as deep conditioning for my very dry and brittle hair. Because my hair is damaged, due to medication, I perhaps rely on her creativity and experience more than some clients might need to do. She is an excellent listener, so I have had no difficulty in communicating my preferences and vision. I always leave the salon with the result I’d hoped for. The salon itself is spotless and inviting. The feeling as you walk in is one of safety. Our first time here, and Luz was so kind to my teenager. She listened to what he wanted and did a great haircut. We will be back!

My 12 year old daughter desperately needed a haircut. Luz was so accommodating and friendly, fitting us in at the very end the day. She gave my daughter a beautiful cut and style. We will definitely be regular customers at Creative Hair.
