Creative Cuts

Loan is great! Very friendly and personable 😊. She answered the phone when I called and was able to book me for later the same day. She is a one person show, so sometimes you have to leave a message when she is with another customer. She is quick and precise with her clippers! Her prices are fair. Exactly what I am looking for! I will be back for sure!

Shockingly rude. The phone number doesn’t ring at all. I drove over to see if they could take my daughters for a quick cut- all over the windows it says call for an appointment. I go in to explain that the number doesn’t work and the woman cuts me off that she doesn’t know anything about it. I show her on my phone it doesn’t work. She shrugs. It’s empty and I ask - can you cut my girls hair? She says- you have to make an appointment. I say I CANT. Your phone doesn’t work? She doesn’t care to explain why she can’t cut my girls hair - when the sign says OPEN- and no one is getting their hair cut. I said- I’ll go somewhere else. She says- Good. WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS?

Loan is my go-to gal for my hair cuts. Always even and GREAT layering. She does not shampoo or color, etc. Just the cut. If that's all you are after, I highly recommend this place. She's very kind and does an excellent job for a very reasonable price.

Moved from Spokane 6 years ago. Still have not found someone to cut my hair that I like as much as Laun. Was glad she could get me in while we were in town for a grand daughter's graduation. Would drive back to Spokane for a haircut but the 9 hour drive is a little too far. Would probably drive 6 hours, it is that good.

One thing I know, people have been going to Creative Cuts longer than I. That being said, I never went anywhere else for the last 15yrs. I never went in a pinch to somebody else because my hair was getting out of control. I waited because she has always been perfect knowing what her clients want. She remembers everything. There should be more stars than 5.
